No, you are welcome to attend and just listen. And our text-chat option allows you to communicate live with the NoFap team and group members without speaking. However, the quality of your experience and the support you receive will depend to a degree on the relationships you build with the team and your fellow group members, so we encourage you to contribute to NoFap Groups as much as you feel comfortable doing.
